Spam musubi is one of the tastiest Hawaiian handheld treats.

It all begins with cooked Japanese style rice that’s placed in a crispy sheet of seaweed. Salty SPAM luncheon meat in marinated in teriyaki sauce before being fried and is finally places on top of the rice.

The seaweed is wrapped up, pushing all the ingredients into a beautiful block of rice and spam held together by seaweed.

It’s an amazing handheld snack that is famous in Hawaii and loved by all locals on the islands. If you ever visit Hawaii, don’t forget to eat a few spam musubi treats!
