Andrew journeys to Germany. He has some freshly hunted geese, as well as potato dumplings at a feast worthy of Saint Martin’s Day! He also makes his way to Rothenberg, the best-preserved town in Germany. He dines there with guide Nicole Frolich at Guest House Alter Keller restaurant where they enjoy classics from both the Bavarian and Franconian cuisines. Chef Markus Brenner prepared for them his famous pork shoulder, twice cooked shank with plenty of sauerkraut, and Franconian bread dumplings.
